We are looking for a Strategic Planner who will report to the Manager, Strategic Planning & Marketing Operations.
As the Strategic Planner for the marketing & digital team, your role will be to orchestrate our strategic planning cycles, manage organizational governance, and deliver the reporting frameworks that track our global marketing performance.
This is a strategic position within the marketing & digital team as it combines executive-level exposure, cross-functional project management and strategic involvement in our most important workstreams by ensuring teams are aligned, efficient, and data-driven.
YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
Lead the annual marketing planning processes and own Key Performance Indicators (KPI) tracking throughout the year.
Establish and maintain the "operating rhythm" of the marketing department: owning quarterly and monthly reporting processes, defining decision-making frameworks, and ensuring alignment with international markets and other functions at BRP on various projects.
Develop strategic presentations with compelling storytelling, translating complex data into actionable insights for the executive team.
Drive operational excellence by identifying and eliminating bottlenecks in the current marketing workflows (reporting process, agency management, objective setting process, etc.)
Own various projects improving the employee experience: marketing skill-up program, marketing awards and dealer visit program
YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business administration, MBA is an asset.
Minimum 5 years of working experience in a similar role.
Leadership: As an elite leader, you can build strong working relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
Communication: Exceptional ability to synthesize complex information into clear and persuasive presentations for executive-level audiences.
Accountable and flexible: you have strong organization skills as well as the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and changing priorities while efficiently delivering results.
Change Management: Act as a champion for operational shifts, ensuring new tools and workflows are adopted smoothly across global teams.
Strong proficiency in English and French; knowledge of other languages an asset.
Proficiency in the Google Suite (Sheets and Slides) and/or MS Office suite (Excel and PowerPoint).
