Your role: 

  • Independently perform various operational activities according to established policies, standards and procedures.
  • Responsible for the execution of customer requests related to the credit card product.
  • Raise issues and be agile to help resolve them.
  • Identify and correct errors.
  • Propose suggestions and ideas for optimization for the continuous improvement of our operations

 

Your team: 

In the chargeback-credit card sector, you are part of a team of 28 colleagues and you report to Emilie ducharme - section director. Our team stands out for its versatility, agility and our ability to handle several different credit card activities. 

   

Prerequisites:

  • High school diploma 
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook software and mastery of collaboration tools (Yammer, Teams, Skype, SharePoint, etc.) 
  • Ability and comfort to work in a changing environment
  • Autonomy and sense of initiative
  • Communication skills
  • Sense of organization
  • Good management of priorities and ability to work in a team
  • Spirit of analysis and synthesis 
  • Experience in process improvement 
  • Experience in operations, desirable 
  • Experience in customer service, desirable
