A career as a Senior Wealth Management Analyst within the National Bank Financial team means acting as a trusted expert in financial planning and client advisory. This role allows you to make a positive impact on our organization through your financial planning expertise, your experience in client relationship management, and your ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
Your Role
- Assess and identify clients’ financial planning needs and propose suitable solutions
- Prepare all types of financial plans (partial and comprehensive)
- Prepare retirement projections and provide personalized follow-ups for clients
- Work with clients to develop an action plan tailored to their situation and lead its implementation in collaboration with clients’ external professionals
- Build a trusting relationship with clients to ensure their loyalty and attract new assets
- Identify and raise business opportunities, particularly in financial security
- Actively participate in business development activities for investment advisors by presenting the wealth management service offered to existing clients (insurance, estate, banking services, etc.), by forwarding information on wealth management products, and by conducting follow-up calls

- Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and five years of relevant experience OR a master’s degree and one year of relevant experience in the industry
- Good knowledge of the investment and wealth management sector, an asset
- Hold the Financial Planning designation/accreditation (IQPF)
- Experience in customer service/advisory
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable with technological tools
