A career as a Senior Advisor - Apple Infrastructure in the it team at National Bank means serving as an Apple Business Specialist. This position allows you to have a positive impact on our organisation thanks to your expertise in macOS/iOS ecosystem management, automation and security.Your job- Ensure operational excellence of the Apple ecosystem (macOS/iOS) by designing, maintaining and improving MDM configurations, compliance profiles and application catalogues
- Maintain and evolve Apple infrastructure environments (jamf, Intune) to support stability and performance of equipment.
- Orchestrate package and script deployments, optimise zero-touch enrolment paths and improve it onboarding processes.
- Manage the ABM/DEP lifecycle, including token renewals, assignments and enrolment compliance.
- Help strengthen the security posture of Apple workstations by integrating hardening policies and applying internal and external standards.
- Diagnose incidents related to enrolment or signatures, analyse logs, propose corrections and document technical solutions.

- Solid expertise in Apple enterprise environments (jamf Pro, Apple Business Manager, Device Enrollment, Packaging and Profiles)
- Proficient Microsoft Intune/Entra ID for managing Apple devices.
- Have a good understanding of SSO/SAML integrations and security controls related to workstations.
- Automation skills (bash/zsh, Python) and certificate management skills.
