As part of the ODLD strategic project (OSS Data loading & Distribution), we manage and distribute OSS data within various sub-domains or business capacities specifically governed. Each sub-domain is responsible for data governance and distribution through APIs and event-based streaming mechanisms. They also ensure that essential non-functional requirements are met and maintained, such as continuous service availability and appropriate recovery measures. This project is part of an overall transformation context, as defined in the strategic plan for 2026-2030. This plan highlights the importance of strengthening the organization’s execution capacity while maintaining the cohesion and expertise of the teams involved.

Your job
- Perform detailed, high-level impact analyses on all angles of the process and with the help of experts, define the scope of business analysis activities and proactively take charge of their planning and execution (deliverables)
- Documenting functional and non-functional requirements (role management, permissions, data access, availability, recovery)
- Map and validate provisioning and streaming flows (data lineage, mapping)
- Collaborate with teams supporting it and business sub-domains/capabilities to understand OSS data transformation and distribution needs
- Support product owners, partners and it teams in their decision-making and deliverables, and ensure traceability of technical needs and dependencies
- Lead multi-stakeholder workshops at various levels and expertise with leadership
- Apply best practices to identify and draught business requirements (functional, non-functional, informational, transitional), understand their links and ensure their traceability
- Support the design, testing and deployment phases, define and identify user test scenarios and support users in the operational transfer contribute to the change management strategy for people who use the solution.

Prerequisites
- University degree in a related field and several years of relevant experience
- Experience in business analysis in complex and cross-sector environments, ideally in wealth management
- Knowledge of business process improvement and mapping, change management and continuous improvement: Modelling, NBMM, lean approach
- Experience with test scenarios and user support
- Knowledge of agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban, safe) and Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
- Knowledge of the complete transformation of data, from initial uploads to database storage and exposure via API or streaming
- Ability to think strategically, analytical, synthesis and communication skills, including ability to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders
- knowledge of new cloud technologies, AWS, APIs, OSS and underlying data, an asset.
