Your Role
Within the Financial Markets Operations sector, you’ll be part of an OTC team of about twenty colleagues. You’ll report in a matrix structure to the Senior Directors of Business Evolutionary Integration (EBI) and Regulatory Projects. Our teams stand out for their expertise in OTC products and various regulations, their ability to deliver high-quality projects, and their development of new opportunities with different business lines.
Your involvement will be essential in managing our numerous projects. You’ll be on the front line to uphold quality standards, consistently bringing ideas for efficiency, automation, and training within the team. Working in this team will allow you to build connections with many partners, while also giving you the opportunity to develop cross-functional knowledge related to these various stakeholders.

Your Role
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for two OTC squads.
- Ensure teams adhere to agile principles and practices.
- Remove obstacles hindering team progress.
- Foster a collaborative and structured team environment.
- Work closely with product owners to manage backlogs and ensure clear communication of requirements.
- Track and report on team progress and performance.
- Coach and mentor team members on agile practices and principles.

Prerequisites
- Bachelor’s degree completed related to the field, with minimum 5 years of relevant experience or another diploma.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and the Scrum Master role.
- Familiarity with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence).
- Experience in OTC transactional data reporting (AMF, CFTC, SEC, EMIR).
- Experience in financial markets and OTC products is an asset.
- Bilingualism is not required for candidates located in Toronto; proficiency in spoken and written English is essential.
