Your Role
- Participate in all stages of the development and marketing of structured products
- Draft prospectuses and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including those in taxation and accounting
- Issue legal opinions to support business decisions
- Ensure that business practices in the sector comply with Canadian regulations
- Analyze and review various legal reports and documents to protect the Bank’s rights
- Make recommendations on the development and marketing of products to manage risks for the Bank and its subsidiaries

Prerequisites
- Bachelor’s degree in law and Member of the Barreau du Québec for 1 to 3 years
- In-depth knowledge of the regulatory and corporate framework for securities
- Master the functioning of financial markets and show interest in the sector
- Experience drafting commercial agreements
- Know the Canadian regulatory context regarding registration and compliance of securities stakeholders
