- Act as legal counsel to business units for activities related to financial markets, wealth management, and strategic initiatives.
- Analyze, draft, and negotiate complex commercial agreements, including transactional, corporate, and financing contracts.
- Anticipate and align legal and regulatory requirements with business needs.
- Handle complex files involving significant strategic and reputational issues.
- Collaborate with external organizations and international legal advisors.

Prerequisites
- Bachelor’s degree in law and member in good standing of the Barreau du Québec.
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in business law.
- Strong skills in legal analysis and drafting of complex agreements.
- A strong interest in finance and investment.
