Description
A career as a Lead Low Code Practices within the hyperautomation team at National Bank means taking part in a transformation that will allow you to excel, while working closely with various sectors of the Bank. This position enables you to make a positive impact on our organization through your expertise in Low Code and your ability to develop transformation plans. The goal of deploying Low Code is to maximize performance and efficiency for every employee, accelerating the democratization of Low Code platform usage across the Bank, while ensuring users adhere to guiding principles and governance frameworks established by the practice's oversight.
Your role
- Promote and clarify the use of Low Code: Highlight the strategic advantages of leveraging Low Code at the Bank, demonstrating how it can foster innovation, speed up delivery, and increase team efficiency
- Standardize practices: Encourage the adoption of uniform best practices and a shared methodology among the community, focusing on the use of deliverables, tools, guiding principles, processes, and appropriate governance
- Ensure strategic alignment: Guarantee harmonization and coherence between LowCode practices and other key practices at the Bank such as process management, software engineering, IT architecture, cybersecurity, and operations teams.
- Stakeholder engagement: Collaborate closely with various stakeholders to understand and formalize their Low Code needs, supporting them throughout this change.
- Community development: Organize and mobilize the Low Code developer community for optimal collaboration by defining strategic direction and fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Mentoring and training: Support, coach, and train the community in the conceptualization and definition of their solutions.

Requirements
- Completed bachelor’s degree related to the field and seven to ten years of relevant experience (engineering is an asset)
- Expertise with various LowCode platforms and their large-scale deployment (MS Power Platform is an asset)
- Experience developing major transformation plans
- Ability to think systemically, with a strong focus on problem-solving, a methodical approach, and rigor in analyzing and conceptualizing solutions
- Proven experience as a leader of cross-functional teams, able to lead by influence rather than authority, inspiring and mobilizing teams toward common goals.
