Under the supervision of a Senior Manager, you will provide essential technical and administrative support for transactions and legal projects for the Corporate financing branch of Legal Affairs.

- Prepare, review, and format simple legal documents (contracts, forms, securities) for the Corporate Financing branch of Legal Affairs
- Ensure document compliance and adherence to internal procedures.
- File securities in RDPRM.
- Send documents to the sales force and business lines.
- Review and verify RDPRM and PPSA searches outside Quebec.
- Perform administrative billing tasks and update document templates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and optimize the use of legal technologies.
- Perform any other related administrative tasks supporting the team and business lines.

Prerequisites
- Diploma in Paralegal Studies (DEC or AEC) or equivalent.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in legal or paralegal support.
- Strong proficiency with computer tools and LegalTech platforms (contract management, electronic signature).
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
- · Fluency in French and English required, as you will work closely and regularly with colleagues outside Quebec.
