A career as a Manager real Estate Operations and Maintenance in the real Estate Business Strategy team at National Bank means being responsible for the operational, technical, energy and sustainable performance of a building portfolio. This position allows you to have a positive impact thanks to your skills in real estate operations, technical building management and operational governance.

Your job

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of buildings and ensure optimal performance of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, security and automation infrastructures.
  • Define and implement the preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance strategy, particularly via CMAM, by ensuring compliance with safety standards and applicable environmental certifications.
  • Pilot the asset management strategy, monitor performance indicators, analyse operational reports and recommend continuous improvements, including CAPEX/OPEX budget management and digital investments.
  • Oversee and engage operational teams by fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation and data-driven management, and supporting the adoption of digital tools (BIM, CMAM, IOT).
  • Optimize the energy and sustainable performance of the real estate portfolio by recommending adapted initiatives and integrating smart building management best practises.
  • Coordinate the use of spaces and the occupant experience, including moving, making arrangements and operational communications with users.

ESG Operations and innovations, you are part of a team of 6 colleagues and will work with an external strategic partner, while reporting to the Senior Manager. Prerequisites

  • Bachelor's degree in architecture or engineering or a related field and significant experience in real estate operations in partnership with an outside real estate operator (approximately 5 to 7 years).
  • Proficiency in operational performance monitoring and contractual management tools.
  • Solid expertise in technical building environments (HVAC, electrical, mechanical, building management systems).
  • Experience in project management, including budget management, capex/opex and asset renewal cycles.
