Your job
Your role is a hybrid of Business Analyst/Functional Analyst.
  • Analyze business issues, map processes and identify data needs
  • Collaborate with IT, architects and developers to ensure a coherent vision, lead workshops
  • Implement the governance of the master data (MDM) of the Bank
  • Support POs (Product Owners) and stakeholders in prioritizing value-added deliverables
  • Diagnose data-related issues and propose continuous improvements
  • Convert business needs into functional requirements, write use cases and business rules
  • Participate in the testing strategy, validate scenarios and support backlog management.

Prerequisites
  • Bachelor’s degree or other diploma in computer science, or related, and several years of experience in IT as a business analyst and/or functional, ideally in a banking environment
  • Experience in workshop facilitation and stakeholder management
  • Mastery of modeling tools (UML, BPMN, Collibra) and Agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
  • Knowledge of Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence)
  • Excellent autonomy, sense of organization and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Team spirit, curiosity, flexibility and open-mindedness.
