Mont-Royal Chevrolet is looking for an Assistant Sales Manager to join its team!
Mont-Royal Chevrolet continues to grow and is seeking a manager to support the sales department and actively contribute to the team’s performance in a professional and stimulating environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Sales Manager in the day-to-day management of the department
Support the team in closing sales
Train, mentor, and motivate sales consultants
Handle “TO” (customer follow-up to close sales)
Distribute and follow up on leads
Support sales representatives during negotiations with customers
Ensure sales targets are met and monitor team performance
Perform any other duties related to the position
Requirements
Minimum of 1 year of experience in the automotive industry
Experience in management or a leadership role (a significant asset)
Knowledge of GM (a significant asset)
Leadership, organizational skills, and team spirit
Results-oriented and customer service-oriented
