Key Responsibilities

Account management
  • Manage and support an assigned portfolio of existing customer accounts.
  • Maintain strong and professional relationships with customers.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Contribute to sales growth within existing accounts.
Customer support
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely follow-up.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, technical requests, and orders.
  • Act as a key point of contact for assigned accounts.
  • Assist in resolving issues related to orders, deliveries, and customer requests.
Internal collaboration
  • Work closely with outside sales representatives to support account development.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team regarding applications and technical specifications.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate order processing and customer support.
Opportunity follow-up
  • Follow up on customer inquiries and sales opportunities.
  • Support account development initiatives.
  • Contribute to achieving company sales objectives.

Requested skills

  • High school diploma required.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in industrial sales.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with ERP and/or CRM systems is considered an asset.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Analytical and logical approach to problem-solving.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to follow through on tasks.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and a team player.
