Our operations involve manufacturing filter bags for the cement, asphalt, aluminum, and foundry industries, as well as filter media for pharmaceutical, mining, and chemical plants, among others.

Your main responsibilities would include:
  • Responsible for managing a book of house accounts and increasing account growth.
  • Responsible for answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email or phone calls, creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
  • Keeping up with product, application, service information and updates and efficiently translate to user needs.
  • Maintains day to day ownership for “B” & “C” accounts.
  • Involved in customer service and troubleshooting for “A” and “B” accounts.
  • Provide support to outside sales rep on larger customers.
  • Approximately 20% of time is dedicated for lead follow-through with outside sales teams.
  • Work in tandem with lead generation team to qualify and close leads.
  • Work with Engineering to provide technical details and requirements.
  • Coordinate with customer service to ensure orders are entered correctly.
  • Customer service to resolve issues arising from orders.

Requested skills

  • High School Diploma required; 
  • 1-3 years of successful experience in industrial sales.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide superior customer service.
  • Ability to work in cross-functional and multi-disciplinary environment.
  • Experience and proficiency with Microsoft applications, keyboard skills and entry software.
  • Previous experience with CRM and ERP products, preferred.
  • Analytical and logical approach to problem solving.
  • Detail orientated with the ability and desire to follow through.
  • Highly organized individual.
  • Motivated, self-starter with the ability to prioritize and work independently.
