Your main responsibilities would include:

  • Order Entry: Entering customer orders into QAD
  • Processing sales order packages
  • Account Management: Updating orders, changing addresses, contact information, and billing details
  • Sending order acknowledgments
  • Providing daily shipping reports to key accounts
  • Following up on customer service calls as needed
  • Provide superior customer service by staying up to date on pending orders and customer requests
  • Keep key customers informed of shipping dates, production changes, and order changes
  • Coordinate across all Micronique departments
  • Problem-solving: Manage product service issues and clarify customer complaints, identify root causes, recommend solutions and follow-up actions
  • Support the sales team as needed

Requested skills

  • High School Diploma required;
  • 1-3 years of successful experience in industrial sales and customer service.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide superior customer service.
  • Experience and proficiency with Microsoft applications, keyboard skills and entry software.
  • Previous experience with CRM and ERP products, preferred
  • Analytical and logical approach to problem solving.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and team player capabilities across multiple departments within the organization.
  • Detail orientated with the ability and desire to follow through.
  • Motivated, self-starter with the ability to prioritize and work independently.
