Agilus is recruiting for a Bilingual Recruitment Consultant in the staffing services industry in Saint-Laurent, Quebec.

A typical day:
- Proactively build and maintain candidate pipelines to support volume job order fulfillment and peak hiring periods
- Complete actions in the ATS to ensure accurate and timely information in support of payroll and invoicing procedures
- Manage and execute sourcing activities including job postings, mining internal and external resume databases, earning candidate referrals, and networking
- Identify, interview, reference and match the best qualified candidates to client hiring needs
- Deliver a positive candidate experience by ensuring timely and effective candidate communication and promotion and adherence to healthy & safe work environments
- Partner with Client Account Managers to ensure client needs and expectations are met and build cross-branch and department relationships across #teamAgilus

Requested skills
Successful candidates will have:
- Fluency in English and French, with excellent communication skills both orally and in writing
- Previous recruitment experience supporting high-volume clients in industry sectors such as light industrial, manufacturing, warehousing, distribution & logistics, and hospitality
- Ability to effectively communicate with diverse candidate audiences across different industry sectors and skill levels
- A background in meeting high activity requirements resulting in achieving high performing outcomes
- An understanding of Employment Standards, Human Rights legislation and relevant Health & Safety protocols and practices
- Experience working in an ATS or similar database platform environments
