Manage the candidate pre‑screening process (CV review, phone interviews).
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs.
Source and attract top talent through various channels (social media, job boards, headhunting, partnerships with schools/universities, etc.).
Conduct in‑depth recruitment interviews (by phone or via Microsoft Teams) and assess candidates’ technical and behavioral competencies.
Prepare and present job offers.
Coordinate pre‑employment background checks.
Maintain and update the ATS by accurately documenting recruitment activities.
Ensure an optimal candidate experience through clear communication and consistent follow‑up throughout the recruitment process.
Act as a key point of contact for hiring managers and provide ongoing support.
Post and continuously improve job descriptions.
Participate in continuous improvement projects based on business needs.
Student in Industrial Relations, Human Resources, or a related field.
Bilingual (French and English) - essential.
Strong work ethic and high level of commitment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.
Dynamic, reliable, and well‑organized individual.
Comfortable taking on new challenges in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
