We’re looking for a Paid Social Manager who is deeply executional and performance-driven, with strong B2B experience across LinkedIn and Meta (Facebook/Instagram). This role is for someone who enjoys being in-platform daily-building campaigns, refining targeting, testing creative, and optimizing toward pipeline and revenue outcomes.

You will manage end-to-end paid social execution, partner closely with strategy, creative, and analytics teams, and play a critical role in scaling demand generation and ABM initiatives.

Position Responsibilities:

Campaign Execution & Optimization (Core Focus)

  • Build, launch, and manage paid social campaigns across LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Meta Ads Manager

  • Own campaign setup from start to finish:

    • Objectives, structures, budgets, bids, and pacing

    • Audience creation (job title, company, industry, seniority, retargeting, lookalikes)

    • Ad formats (single image, video, carousel, document ads, lead gen forms)

  • Actively optimize campaigns against B2B KPIs (CPL, SQLs, pipeline influence, ROAS)

  • Conduct regular testing across:

    • Creative (formats, messaging, CTAs)

    • Audiences (ABM lists, retargeting, expansion)

    • Bidding and delivery strategies

  • Troubleshoot delivery, learning phases, tracking discrepancies, and platform issues

B2B & ABM Experience

  • Execute B2B demand generation and account-based marketing (ABM) programs

  • Activate first-party data (CRM lists, website visitors, lead stages)

  • Partner with sales and revenue teams to align targeting with ICPs and priority accounts

  • Support full-funnel programs (awareness lead gen retargeting pipeline acceleration)

Creative & Messaging Collaboration

  • Translate B2B value propositions into effective paid social creative

  • Partner with creative teams on:

    • Ad copy development

    • Concept feedback based on performance data

    • Iterative testing roadmaps

  • Ensure ads align with brand guidelines while remaining performance-focused

Measurement, Reporting & Insights

  • Monitor performance daily and provide actionable optimization insights

  • Build clear performance reports and dashboards (platform-native and/or BI tools)

  • Analyze results at the audience, creative, and campaign level

  • Share learnings and recommendations that influence strategy and budget allocation

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of hands-on paid social experience, primarily B2B

  • Deep platform expertise in:

    • LinkedIn Campaign Manager (required)

    • Meta Ads Manager (required)

  • Proven experience managing large, multi-campaign B2B programs

  • Strong understanding of:

    • B2B funnels and lead lifecycle

    • Conversion tracking and attribution

    • Audience strategy and segmentation

  • Confident operating independently in-platform without heavy oversight

  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing or Business

  • Experience supporting SaaS, financial services, or enterprise B2B brands

  • Familiarity with ABM platforms and workflows

  • Experience with lead quality optimization and downstream metrics

  • Exposure to additional platforms (e.g., Google, programmatic, or TikTok for B2B)

  • Comfort working in fast-paced, performance-focused environments

Salary range is expected to be between

$73,725.00 CAD - $122,875.00 CAD

Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
