Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
Influence annual/quarterly planning cycles for yield and margin, including scenario analysis, sensitivity testing, and KPI frameworks.

Present clear recommendations to senior stakeholders and govern execution outcomes.
Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) & Pricing Governance
Influence and evolve the FTP framework with Finance to align with profitability goals; ensure transparency of funds cost, liquidity premiums, and risk-based pricing.
Maintain robust pricing governance across product lines; standardize methodologies and controls.
Profitability Ideation & Execution
Drive ideation for profitability levers (pricing, mix, segmentation, acquisition/retention, product features) and lead cross-functional execution.
Run portfolio diagnostics to pinpoint margin leakage and corrective actions.
Cross-Functional Partnership
Collaborate closely with Finance, Analytics, Product, and Treasury to define, access, and monitor KPIs; align on P&L impacts and portfolio strategies.
Deliver ad hoc yield and profitability analysis for senior stakeholders and decision forums.

Required Qualifications:
