We’re seeking an Internal Insurance Wholesaler to partner with top wholesaling professionals and drive growth in Manulife’s Retail Markets business-a leading provider of insurance and investment solutions for Canadian families.
As an Internal Wholesaler, you’ll collaborate with External Wholesalers to manage a regional sales territory, strengthen advisor relationships, and uncover new opportunities to grow individual life and living benefits insurance sales. The ideal candidate is sales-driven, coachable, collaborative, and thrives in a competitive environment.
Position Responsibilities:
Proactively engage advisors to uncover and support sales opportunities
Manage daily tasks to meet productivity goals and advisor needs
Handle inquiries (case consultations, illustrations, product training)
Use data, analytics, and Salesforce to plan and execute 60-day business cycles
Collaborate across teams to share leads and ideas
Development Opportunity
Participate in Manulife’s proprietary training program designed to prepare Internal Wholesalers for promotion to External Wholesaler roles.
Required Qualifications:
2+ years insurance/sales experience
LLQP designation (or in progress)
Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel intermediate)
Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
Self-starter with creativity, problem-solving ability, and a drive to win
Preferred Qualifications:
Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset. If the successful candidate is in Québec, proficiency in both languages will be required to support clients from various provinces outside of Quebec.

Salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
