The North American Human Resources Contact Center AskHR Team has a career opportunity for a customer service-oriented individual to join our collaborative and dynamic team.

In the HR Coordinator role, you will demonstrate a superior commitment to meeting customer needs by providing prompt and accurate responses to internal and external inquiries.

Position Responsibilities:

HR Operations Admin Support Individual Responsibilities:

  • Supports AskHR Contact Centre

  • Responsible for providing prompt and accurate responses to employees and third parties in a clear, consistent and professional manner

  • Manage sensitive and confidential information

  • Complete employee and third party requests generating outputs: faxes, EV letters, file requests, tax & pay statement requests, etc.

  • Consolidate employee records, manager files, payroll files (paper & electronic), etc.

  • Miscellaneous Admin tasks

Required Qualifications:

  • High-comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume, and ever-changing environment

  • Excellent organizational & time management skills

  • Attention to detail, accuracy, efficiency and ability to handle multiple priorities

  • Ability to be resourceful, strong research skills

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet timelines

  • Ability to handle sensitive and complex information

  • High level of professionalism in interaction with customers

  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English is required

  • Solid team player

  • HR Experience Preferred

Working Arrangement

Salary range is expected to be between

$39,225.00 CAD - $65,375.00 CAD
