Description
The Global Transformation Delivery team is a fast-paced and dynamic group that provides governance and oversite over the enterprise book of work.
Reporting into the Global Lead of Transformation Delivery, the Director of Transformation Delivery will have the opportunity to lead the Governance and Reporting Activities and play a key role in the Global FP&A transformation. The responsibilities include supporting the implementation of the target state Anaplan Model for the Insurance Segments, Oversite of the monthly Transformation Committee governance process and Monthly ELT reporting on the Global Initiatives Portfolio. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate competence in cultivating positive relationships across various areas, display financial aptitude, and communicate complex solutions effectively.
Position Responsibilities:
Partner with the Strategy and Initiative Owners across the Segment and Global Functions to plan, coordinate and validate the various TC submission agenda topics, artefacts, and business cases
Conduct monthly ODF reporting activities such as reviewing ODF data and reports, partner with Strategy business partners to address discrepancies, and draft commentary on portfolio performance for monthly reports
Support the Transformation Delivery Team in gathering and testing requirements for the Global Initiatives App, responding to Strategy collaborator inquiries, and providing feedback on transformation policies
Support the Insurance Anaplan Model implementation by collaborating with business leads to gather requirements for the model, data integration, and reporting, and work closely with Reporting & Data Integration Leads to clarify these requirements
Contribute to the development of junior team members within the Transformation Delivery Team
Required Qualifications
Advanced degree in a quantitative discipline or 10 years of relevant experience
Creative problem solver who challenges the status quo to lead change
Skilled in identifying early indicators of risk through trend analysis
Strong understanding of the customer lifecycle across multiple lines of business and industry trends
Ability to adapt to emerging technologies and explain concepts clearly to diverse audiences
Experience in management consulting and engaging with senior executives
Demonstrates agility in shifting priorities and maintains a strong internal network across the organization

Salary range is expected to be between
$105,750.00 CAD - $190,350.00 CADIf you are applying for this role outside of the primary location, please contact recruitment@manulife.com for the salary range for your location. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
