Your job:
- Develop strategies to help advisors effectively evolve their practice toward a holistic wealth management approach.
- Act as a regional specialist in wealth management and fee-based platform programs.
- Take direct responsibility for presenting business development tools that promote proposed solutions. Be a champion of key technologies that drive firm growth.
- Maintain direct relationships with the regional director and regional squad to identify business opportunities for advisors.
- Create synergies and referral opportunities with other banking sectors (e.g., personal, commercial, trust, private wealth services, insurance opportunities, banking services, etc.).
- Establish shared objectives with investment advisors (annual business planning process).
- Discover and exchange value-added ideas to promote the wealth management concept within the Bank, with support from your team colleagues serving advisors across regions.

You’ll be part of a team of 8 colleagues across Canada, reporting to the Senior Manager of Wealth Management Solutions Group Team. The team stands out for its expertise in wealth management, investment solutions, and its commitment to maximizing the advisor experience.
Join the regional team based in Mississauga at NBF to promote the best wealth management offering! You’ll proactively support and guide investment advisor teams in the Ontario region (excluding Toronto), helping them achieve their business goals.
Prerequisites:
- Bachelor’s degree related to the field and 6 years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree and 4 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in the financial services sector.
- In-depth knowledge of financial products.
- Experience in insurance and financial planning is desirable.
- Ability to identify business opportunities and adapt to a dynamic environment.
- Ability to earn the trust of collaborators.
- Experience in business development and relationship management.
- Strong influencing skills.
- Availability to travel by car within the Ontario region (excluding Toronto).
