Responsibilities:
As a part-time Accounting Technician, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Supervising the work of the accounting clerk
- Reporting to the VP of Administration and Finance
- Journal entry
- Payroll preparation
- Verifying the work of the accounting clerk (ensuring invoices are saved and documented)
- Conducting bank reconciliations
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you must have the following qualifications:
- Fluency in French and English is mandatory
- Solid accounting experience
- Experience in a similar role
- Preferably, be a CPA
- Experience in supervising administrative personnel
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Communication and reporting skills
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
