The Social Media Manager and Content Creator is responsible for managing our social medias, including communications with our audiences, coordinating and producing content, and coordinating digital campaigns with innovative promotional concepts with the goal of helping the company reach its full sales potential and promote the brand.  

 

YOU LOVE: 

  • Creating video and static content;  

  • Managing the company's digital activities;  

  • Providing support in the implementation of the marketing plan;  

  • Coordinating and participating in events;  

  • Managing the budget, partners, and suppliers.  

  

TASK OVERVIEW:  

  • Coordinating the implementation of various digital marketing projects and following up with the people in charge in the different departments;  

  • Writing and producing structured and engaging publications across all media using a structured content plan (organic or paid media, newsletters, etc.);  

  • Manage communications with our audiences using various media; 

  • Analyze marketing campaigns and actions; 

  • Provide support and advice to internal customers (sales, parts & service, and human resources); 

  • Perform administrative tasks related to the marketing department, e.g., co-op claims, budget tracking, purchase orders;  

  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of the company's image;  

  • Participating in various special projects.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN YOU: 

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in social media management and content creation (salary based on experience); 

  • Strong knowledge of digital media, including social media, email marketing, online advertising (PPC and more), and websites;  

  • Experience with WordPress; 

  • Ability to create static or animated content or videos for use on digital platforms; 

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, within deadlines and budgets, with autonomy, rigor, and analytical skills;  

  • Ability to collaborate with various departments, partners, and suppliers;  

  • Proactive in finding solutions and continuously improving communication and marketing processes;  

  • Creative in always finding new ways to promote sales and the company (sales, parts, and service departments);  

  • Great attention to detail, sense of aesthetics, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team; 

  • Available and flexible for travel to branches and events (vehicle and driver's license required); 

  • Bilingualism and excellent writing skills in French; 

  • On-site and remote work as needed.  

  • The use of AI and templates is very limited.
