ROLE:

Lead and manage all activities within the Service Department, driving the team toward achieving operational, financial, and customer satisfaction objectives.

Ensure that each team member understands their role and takes ownership of their responsibilities.

Develop and maximize the skills, abilities, and potential of employees.

Ensure appropriate follow-up throughout the communication chain (with customers, between employees, between departments, and between branches).

Establish objectives for the department and the employees under their supervision, and ensure regular follow-up to monitor progress and results.
YOU LOVE:

Know and understand all operations within the Service Department.

Meet operational, financial, and customer satisfaction objectives.

Take the necessary actions to maximize shop capacity and maintain optimal volume at all times.

IDEALLY YOU HAVE:

A college or university degree, preferably in mechanics, parts, or a related field.

The ability to manage urgent situations with customers and coordinate garage operations.

Three or more years of experience in a supervisory or management role within an after-sales service department.

A strong interest in mechanics.
-
A passion for the agricultural, commercial, or industrial sectors.
-
Functional English skills (an asset).

Excellent communication, coaching, planning, organizational, and leadership skills, along with strong professional integrity and a genuine passion for customer service.
