YOU LOVE:
- Opening and maintaining customer files in Tracx and PFW;
- Adding all sales-related documents to customer accounts;
- Handling billing for compact tractors and other equipment;
- Preparing receipts for customers;
- Collecting outstanding customer payments;
- Preparing all documents for sales representatives;
- Assisting the Branch Manager and Service Department with follow-ups regarding the delivery of new equipment;
- Preparing ATAC forms and temporary SAAQ registrations;
- Assisting with follow-up on insurance requests;
- Providing administrative support for financing and credit applications;
- Requesting the preparation of financing contracts through Tracx and assembling them;
- Sending John Deere Financial financing files to Laval;
- Handling lease transfers and lease-end procedures;
- Submitting credit applications for multi-use accounts;
- Performing all other related administrative duties.

YOU HAVE IDEALLY :
- High School Diploma;
- Functional French: an asset in order to serve the French-speaking clientele related to the position;
- Two years’ experience as a receptionist or in an administrative support position;
- Good computer knowledge (Excel)
- Basic accounting notions is an asset;
- Interpersonal skills and flexibility are sought out personality traits.
