ROLES:
- Operate and manage all activities of the Parts and Service Departments as a leader towards the achievement of operational, financial and customer satisfaction objectives;
- Ensure complete control and integrity of parts inventory;
- Ensure that each team member understands his/her role and assumes his/her responsibilities;
- Develop and maximize employee skills and abilities;
- Ensure that appropriate follow-ups are made in the communication chain (with customers, between employees, between departments, between branches).
YOU LOVE :
- Know and understand all operations of the parts and service departments;
- Meet operational, financial and customer satisfaction objectives;
- Take the necessary actions to maximize parts sales and workshop capacity at all times (volume);
- Ensure that the team is 100% dedicated to customers, finding solutions and keeping them captive;
- Ensure sound management of parts inventories according to established standards;
- Build and develop customer relationships;
- Maximize the customer experience;
- Hire, integrate, train and develop employees;
- Communicate roles, responsibilities and expectations to employees;
- Manage performance and behavior;
- Maximize team spirit within and between departments;
- Ensure that disputes are resolved quickly in the best interests of the company;
- Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the workplace;
- Maintain healthy communication and a positive work atmosphere;
- Know and understand communications from our suppliers (Parts Bulletins, Service Bulletins, PIP, What's New, etc.);
- Other related responsibilities.
YOU HAVE IDEALLY :
- A college or university degree or a diploma in a field related to mechanics or parts or any other related field,
- Three years’ experience and + in a supervisory and personnel management position in an after-sales services department,
- Mechanics is your calling,
- You are passionate about agriculture, business or the industrial field,
- Bilingual (French and English) for some stores,
- Excellent aptitude for communications, coaching, planning and discipline, leadership, professional integrity and a passion for customer service!
