Your responsibilities will be :
•Hire, mobilize, motivate and train sales representatives (training and technical sales coaching) in order to maximize the return on human capital and maintain a healthy work climate;
•Manage the day-to-day operations of the sales department in accordance with the annual business plan, with a view to maximizing the department's profitability objectives;
•Measure and analyze the performance and productivity standards of sales representatives (territory and showroom) in relation to the department's annual objectives;
•Develop an annual action plan to increase sales volume for the sales department;
•Serve customers enthusiastically and respond to their needs;
•Accompany sales representatives on weekly visits to existing or future customers in their territory;
•Visit customers periodically to maintain good business relations and keep abreast of their issues and needs;
•Ensure the layout of the showroom and outdoor courtyard. Work with team to target customer demonstrations, plan and prepare open houses, training clinics, exhibitions, etc.
Performance expectations will be:
•Profitability: Actively contribute to margin optimization and rigorous expense control to ensure sustainable profitability;
•Market share: Ensure strategic and adequate coverage of the territory, be aggressive in the sales approach and ensure rigorous preparation and sustained coaching for each business opportunity;
•Inventory management: Ensure efficient inventory turnover, for both used equipment and shortline products, with an emphasis on reducing aged inventory.
Training, requirements and interpersonal skills:
•Degree in sales or related field;
•More than three years' experience supervising and managing staff in a sales department;
•Three to five years' experience as a sales representative;
•You are passionate about commercial, agricultural or industrial activities;
•Functional English;
•Excellent communication skills, coaching, planning and rigor, leadership, professional integrity and a definite passion for customer service!
