Heavy Equipment Mechanic – Now Hiring

L'Excellence Agridustrie de l'Estrie Inc. is currently looking for Heavy Equipment Mechanics to join our growing team.

We are seeking motivated, hands-on individuals with strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Experience in heavy equipment, industrial maintenance, electromechanics, agricultural machinery, hydraulics, automotive diagnostics, or related technical fields is considered an asset.

Responsibilities:
• Perform diagnostics, inspections, and mechanical repairs
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment
• Troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, and electronic systems
• Repair and replace components as required
• Work safely and professionally
• Collaborate with the service and parts departments

Qualifications:
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving ability
• Initiative and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
• Experience with agricultural, industrial, construction, or automotive equipment is an asset
