Technical Equipment Advisor – Sales & Solutions (Granby & Sherbrooke)

Excellence Agridustrie de l’Estrie (Excelko) is experiencing strong growth and preparing the opening of a new branch in Granby. We are currently seeking a Technical Equipment Advisor to support operations in both Sherbrooke and Granby.

This role combines consultative sales, technical analysis, and operational coordination, working closely with farmers, contractors, and commercial operators to recommend the most suitable equipment solutions.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with regional clients
• Analyze customer needs based on real-world applications and recommend appropriate solutions
• Evaluate equipment compatibility, configurations, and attachments based on operational use
• Maintain working knowledge of machine specifications, capabilities, and product lines
• Prepare quotes, follow up with clients, and support the decision-making process
• Use digital tools (CRM, inventory systems, client tracking) to manage opportunities and interactions
• Collaborate with service and parts departments for technical validation and product availability
• Provide after-sales support and contribute to customer satisfaction and retention

• Experience in a technical or commercial environment (equipment, agriculture, construction, or related field)
• Ability to understand and learn technical specifications and product details
• Experience in client interaction and operational problem-solving
• Ability to function in a hybrid role (sales, coordination, technical support)
• Comfortable using digital tools (CRM, software platforms, client tracking systems)
• Valid driver’s license

• Functional French required for basic client communication
• English used for technical documentation, suppliers, and digital tools
