Working within the regional Culture and Employee Experience team, you will participate in deploying a wide range of strategic projects aimed at strengthening KPMG’s culture, supporting engagement, and energizing our internal communities.

What you will do
Contribution to culture and employee experience
- Actively participate in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of internal initiatives aimed at strengthening culture, engagement, and sense of belonging.
- Support the deployment of employee listening strategies (e.g., Officevibe, Qualtrics) and contribute to data analysis to generate relevant insights and actionable recommendations.
- Support and coordinate regional internal communities to ensure coherence, fluidity, and impact of local initiatives.
Engagement and change management
- Collaborate in planning and deploying change‑management initiatives, particularly during the introduction of new technologies (e.g., ProFinda), by supporting engagement and communication with teams.
- Develop tools, communications, and engagement methods that facilitate the adoption and ownership of changes.
Operational and logistical coordination
- Oversee the administrative and operational management of the Lab (logistics, communications, registrations, tool management, coordination of activities, etc.).
- Plan, organize, and coordinate logistics for various internal initiatives (events, workshops, engagement activities, internal campaigns, etc.).
Analysis, optimization and strategic support
- Become the go‑to person and “champion” of employee listening tools, including configuration, indicator monitoring, trend analysis, and the preparation of reports for the leadership team.
- Participate in the development, documentation, and improvement of internal processes related to the employee experience and engagement.
What you bring to the role
- At least 2 years of experience in human resources
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); strong mastery of Excel
- Proven ability to learn, energy, and curiosity
- Strong ability to build relationships; ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with tact and discretion
- Ability to meet tight deadlines despite a high volume of work while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize according to the needs of multiple stakeholders
- Strong autonomy and initiative
- Ability to work under pressure, manage resources, and solve problemsThis position requires strong proficiency in bot
- English and French to support members of our regional and national teams who are unilingual English, as well as to create and interpret dashboards in English. Daily written communication in English and French will be expected.
