Functional Analyst GTS

This role is designed to be part of the Centre of Excellence (CoE) organization at BRP. This group will consist of both business process and technical experts across multiple domains, who will provide support and continuous improvement to enable the business and wider organization to achieve its goals and future growth objectives. We are looking for smart, independent, and motivated individuals who are excited to be part of this exciting growth journey.

YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

  • Lead system enhancements, incident resolution, and project activities with full ownership.

  • Provide hands-on support for SAP GTS and SAP Logistics modules (MM, SD, WM) , including incident resolution, system enhancements, and projects.

  • Collaborate with key business users to enhance the effectiveness of SAP solutions.

  • Drive analysis, design, configuration, testing, and implementation of SAP solutions.

  • Work with Application Management Services (AMS) teams and other partners, and lead continuous improvement and application maintenance activities

  • Independently develop and maintain functional and design specifications, and ensure alignment with enterprise standards.

  • Support integration points with other SAP modules and domains.

  • Lead peer reviews of design standards and specifications.

  • Govern the transition and handoff from project delivery to application support teams.

  • Supervise and guide key resources for the development and testing phases.

  • Mentor junior and intermediate analysts, and contribute to team capability building.

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

  • University degree or equivalent by experience (Industrial engineering, Information systems, Computer science, …)

  • Knowledge of import/export and customs processes is preferred

  • Minimum of 6+ years of hands-on SAP configuration experience in SAP GTS is key

  • Solid understanding of S4 HANA processes is preferred

  • General knowledge SAP Logistics modules (MM, SD, WM) to respond to business requirements, and position potential solutions

  • Work experience with the following packages: compliance management, customs management and Risk - trade preference management

  • Experience working with third-party integrations with SAP is an asset

  • Training skills to share and transmit your know-how to your peers

  • Interest in international trade and commerce

  • Dynamic, innovative & problem resolution focus with strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Perform an active role in the internal and external brainstorming and management meetings to bring our technical solutions to the next level.

  • Work experience with the following packages is nice to have: Blackline, OneSource, Opentext, Kyriba

  • Experience working with third-party integrations with SAP

  • Solid understanding of S4 HANA processes

  • Knowledge on UML, Database requests, Agile methodology is preferred.

  • Knowledge about ETL, Interfaces, APIs, Microservices is preferred.

  • High-level experience with cutover, go-live and data migration

  • Training skills to share and transmit your know-how to your peers

  • Dynamic, innovative & problem resolution focus with strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to constantly adapt and perform in ever evolving environments and business realities

  • Training and coaching skills to elevate team performance.

  • Strategic mindset with the ability to influence cross-functional decisions.

  • Available to work "on call" in a rotative calendar

  • You’re able to work in English (written and oral) for supporting the GTS community, which is spread across the globe. The technical teams are also located in multiple countries, which requires English.
