Description
At KPMG, you will be part of a diverse and dedicated team of problem-solvers with a shared goal: turning information into opportunities for our clients and communities around the world.
We are looking for a strategic leader who is passionate about technical challenges to lead data-driven and AI-focused digital transformation projects, with a particular emphasis on the development and integration of agentic AI solutions.
The ideal candidate should have technical expertise in agentic AI, hands-on experience in planning, designing, developing, and implementing AI solutions, and strong skills in analysis, problem-solving, and communication.
What you will do
- Define and execute the vision for data, AI, and augmented productivity through Microsoft agentic solutions (Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Graph AI, and Azure Open AI) and agentic frameworks (such as LangChain, AutoGPT, CrewAI), aligning these initiatives with clients’ strategic goals and needs.
- Oversee the large-scale deployment of AI agents into clients’ existing systems and internal departments (Finance, HR, Legal, Operations, etc.).
- Prepare and lead requirement-gathering workshops and produce detailed documentation to ensure AI agents are aligned with business objectives.
- Design and supervise the development of agents using low-code/no-code to high-code tools. Identify and prioritize high-impact use cases.
- Support the implementation of an AI usage framework focused on ethics, transparency, security, and regulatory compliance.
- Develop a systemic vision to orchestrate multiple types of agents (HR, legal, operational) in complex environments.
- Act as a digital innovation ambassador by promoting AI adoption.
- Oversee solution documentation to ensure scalability and sustainability.
- Highly motivated, autonomous, and enthusiastic about tackling a variety of challenges and opportunities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills—crucial for engaging with team members, leadership, and client stakeholders.
- Team player who enjoys sharing knowledge and mentoring junior colleagues.
- Proactive in setting priorities and managing multiple deadlines.
What you bring to the role
- At least 7 years of experience delivering AI projects, with hands-on expertise in developing generative AI and agentic AI technologies (including Copilot Studio and frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGPT, and CrewAI).
- Proven track record of end-to-end delivery of AI agents, from prototyping to deployment and production operationalization.
- Strong proficiency and demonstrated experience in advanced software development, including multiple programming languages (especially Python), cloud-native architecture, microservices, and CI/CD.
- Technical background (e.g., computer science, software engineering) combined with a strong business acumen.
- Proven ability to create innovative solutions to address complex business requirements and streamline/automate business processes.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams (developers, ML engineers, UX designers).
- Experience delivering projects using agile methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban, DevOps).
- A passion for technology and its potential to improve business processes, with strong skills in analysis, problem-solving, and organization.
- Excellent consulting and communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts and thrive in dynamic, collaborative, and team-oriented environments.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to present complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
