About the Role

Our client is a growing Quebec-based company that develops and markets B2B technology solutions enabling organizations to better manage their operations and assets. We are currently seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the commercial team and ensure the smooth execution of day-to-day sales activities.

In this role, you will be at the heart of sales operations: tracking opportunities, managing CRM data, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting various sales and business development initiatives. We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive professional who enjoys moving projects forward, structuring information, and acting as a key liaison between multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Support & CRM
  • Maintain customer records, contacts, opportunities, and activities within the CRM;
  • Track opportunities, proposals, renewals, follow-ups, and next steps;
  • Ensure the quality and accuracy of commercial data;
  • Prepare and update presentations, proposals, sales documentation, and analyses;
  • Produce reports and sales follow-up documents as needed.
Internal Coordination
  • Facilitate communication between sales, operations, finance, and other internal teams;
  • Coordinate orders, contracts, licenses, renewals, and customer requests;
  • Support the transition between sales, onboarding, and ongoing customer support;
  • Identify missing information and ensure proper follow-up with stakeholders;
  • Participate in improving sales tools, processes, and workflows.
Business Development Support
  • Prepare contact lists and tools to support business development activities;
  • Assist with lead generation initiatives and pipeline development;
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on sales content and commercial tools.

Requested skills

Profile Sought
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in sales coordination, sales administration, or a similar role;
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail;
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously;
  • Strong proficiency with digital tools and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint;
  • Experience using a CRM; knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics is an asset;
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams;
  • Self-starter with initiative, curiosity, and a commitment to quality work;
  • Bilingualism in French and English, both written and spoken.
