Our client, Velan, is seeking a Production Supervisor (Manufacturing) to contribute to projects in critical sectors such as nuclear energy and the military, alongside major partners.

Your Challenge:

You will oversee the production of shared services (deburring, sandblasting, and painting) and ensure the quality, safety, and efficiency of operations. You will mobilize your team, optimize processes, and collaborate with multiple departments to deliver reliable products on time.

Your Profile:

  • Technical college diploma and 3 to 5 years of experience in unionized supervision;
  • Leadership, rigor, and team spirit;
  • Knowledge of Lean;
  • Knowledge of an ERP and MS Office;
  • Be eligible for the Controlled Goods Program (CGP);
  • Bilingualism (French and English), both written and spoken.
