Master Planner – Take the Lead in Planning

Are you looking for more than just a planning role? Do you want to build, structure, and influence? This position offers a unique opportunity to take the reins of planning within a manufacturing company undergoing major transformation.

Your Challenge

We’re looking for a strategic leader who can establish a clear planning vision, optimize processes, and become a key link between Sales, Production, and Operations. You'll have the autonomy to structure the Master Production Schedule (MPS), suggest improvements, and drive best practices forward.

What You’ll Drive

  • Define and maintain a strong Master Production Schedule (MPS) aligned with business objectives.

  • Build bridges across departments (Sales, Procurement, Production, Logistics) to ensure seamless execution.

  • Implement tools, KPIs, and processes to enhance planning reliability.

  • Manage priorities, anticipate risks, and adjust plans in real-time.

  • Actively participate in S&OP meetings and influence strategic decisions.

  • Be a driver of continuous improvement in a dynamic and evolving environment.

Requested skills

What We're Looking For

  • An experienced professional (5+ years) in manufacturing planning.

  • A degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.

  • Strong command of ERP systems (Genius is an asset).

  • The ability to structure, influence, and drive initiatives forward.

  • Solid English skills to operate comfortably in a bilingual environment.
