Are you a senior process engineer passionate about optimization and field analysis? Under the supervision of a technical director recognized for her rigor and people-oriented leadership, you will contribute to improving processes, supporting plants, and leading major projects within a highly specialized team.
Desired Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in chemical, biotechnological, or mechanical engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in pulp and paper (virgin or recycled pulping).
- Strong listening, diagnostic, and collaboration skills with mill teams.
- Ability to quickly build trusting relationships.
- Bilingualism (French/English). (Canada and United States)
- Availability for travel (approximately 33%, sometimes more depending on projects).
Conditions and Benefits
- Annual Salary: $100,000 – $130,000
