Our client, a key player in the IoT sector, is currently seeking a highly skilled NetSuite Consultant to join their team in Montreal. If you’re passionate about technology, driven by continuous improvement, and looking to work in an agile, collaborative environment — this opportunity is for you.

Your Mission

As a NetSuite ERP Specialist, you’ll play a central role in optimizing the NetSuite platform, with a strong focus on financial and accounting processes. You’ll act as a key functional liaison between the Finance, IT, and Operations teams to ensure the system’s performance, consistency, and scalability.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience with NetSuite, particularly in financial modules.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • SuiteFoundation and/or NetSuite Finance certifications are a plus.
  • CPA designation is an asset.
  • Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, collaborative spirit, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  1. ERP System Management
    • Administer and optimize NetSuite’s financial modules (General Ledger, AP/AR, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, etc.).
    • Ensure the accuracy, performance, and security of financial processes within the ERP.
    • Support system upgrades, feature enhancements, and third-party application integrations.
  2. Continuous Improvement & Optimization
    • Identify automation opportunities (invoicing, payments, bank reconciliations, etc.).
    • Design and maintain reports, custom fields, saved searches, and dashboards.
    • Implement best practices to drive operational efficiency and scalability.
  3. Collaboration & Support
    • Work closely with internal stakeholders: Finance Director, Business Analyst, ERP Manager.
    • Provide user support, manage tickets and troubleshoot NetSuite issues.
    • Participate in user training and support change management initiatives.
  4. Compliance & Industry Watch
    • Ensure financial processes comply with accounting standards (GAAP, IFRS).
    • Stay current with new NetSuite features, industry trends, and ERP innovations.
