The IT Analyst, Business Intelligence and Digital Innovation reports to the Manager, Strategy and Organizational Performance. The incumbent leads the evolution of the organization’s systems and optimizes data management. They develop business tools and lead digital innovation initiatives.

This role combines IT operations management with business application optimization. The position requires the development of business intelligence capabilities and oversight of artificial intelligence initiatives. The incumbent is responsible for data and systems governance and coordinates the company’s digital projects. Acting as a central liaison between internal teams, technology vendors, and implementation partners, they ensure the continuity of critical systems, support business decisions through data, structure digital initiatives, and ensure technology solutions remain aligned with the organization’s operational, financial, and strategic needs.

Candidate Profile

  • University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology Management, Business Intelligence, or another relevant field.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate operational needs into practical, sustainable technology solutions.
  • Solid understanding of ERP and CRM systems, Power BI, Microsoft platforms, data integrations, and collaboration tools.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft solution configuration, particularly Dynamics 365 CRM and Business Central; relevant certification or training is considered an asset.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, documentation, communication, and knowledge transfer skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage priorities, user access, risks, budgets, vendor relationships, and operational continuity with rigor.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and implementation partners.
  • Strong interest in innovation, artificial intelligence, automation, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficiency with digital tools, including Microsoft 365, PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, and project management applications.
  • Bilingualism (French and English) is essential, both written and spoken.

Working Conditions

  • Full-time position.
  • On-site presence required four days per week, except during the first month, when five days per week on-site are required to support onboarding and integration.

  • Identify and prioritize opportunities for innovation, automation, and artificial intelligence, ensuring initiatives deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, quality, or decision-making while promoting responsible, secure, and effective adoption of technology.

  • Define, maintain, and evolve the organization’s data and systems architecture and governance framework to ensure data quality, integrity, confidentiality, traceability, and consistent use of information.
  • Manage software licensing, user access, and training initiatives.
  • Support IT operations, including business continuity, access management, administrative accounts, software licensing, security, multi-factor authentication (MFA), IT asset management, and employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Contribute to the organization’s cybersecurity posture and support compliance initiatives related to privacy protection, Quebec’s Law 25, risk management, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
  • Support continuous improvement and organizational performance initiatives.
