Our client, a Canadian leader in the distribution industry, is seeking a dynamic and inspiring Branch Manager to oversee the full operations of a strategic location on Montreal’s South Shore. This opportunity is ideal for a hands-on manager known for strong leadership, business development capabilities, and the ability to engage and motivate teams in a fast-paced, performance-driven, customer-focused environment.

You will be responsible for the overall management of branch operations, ensuring an efficient work environment and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Working closely with the leadership team, you will help achieve sales, customer service, and profitability objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or College Diploma (DEC) completed.
  • Minimum of 4 to 7 years of experience in branch management, service center management, or a distribution environment.
  • Proven experience managing personnel and financial performance.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to positively influence and motivate teams.
  • Results-oriented approach focused on customer service and continuous improvement.
  • Solid operational management and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to analyze operational and financial data to support decision-making.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where multiple priorities must be managed simultaneously.
