We are seeking a Senior Manufacturing Optimization Engineer, with both strategic and operational expertise, capable of transforming multi-site manufacturing operations through measurable gains, a structured approach, and strong influencing skills.

What you will bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial, mechanical, or manufacturing engineering.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (custom products: a plus).
- Solid Lean/Six Sigma foundation and proficiency in continuous improvement tools.
- Analytical mindset, autonomy, flexibility, and results-oriented leadership.
- Bilingualism (French/English).
- Availability to travel to Canada and the United States (10-15% of the time).
