We are looking for a stockroom clerk for inventory

The stockroom clerk is responsible for the efficient handling of all incoming and outgoing materials.

The role ensures proper organization of the stockroom, accurate inventory management, and timely preparation of materials and hardware for production and customer shipments.

Key Responsibilities

Receiving & Storage

• Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming inventory and supplies
• Place and organize materials properly in designated stockroom areas
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe stockroom environment

Inventory Management

• Track and record all inventory movements accurately in the system.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and assist in full inventroy counts.
• Report shortages, damages, or discrepancies promptly

Production Support

• Prepare and stage hardware and materials required for manufacturing
• Ensure all production orders are picked accurately and delivered on time.

Order Preparation & Shipping

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Ensure orders are complete, labeled, and documented correctly
• Coordinate with shipping/receiving personnel for timely dispatch

General Duties

• Follow company policies, safety standards, and quality procedures.
• Support other stockroom and logistics functions as needed

Qualifications

• Previous experience in stockroom, warehouse, or inventory control preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to lift, move, and organize materials safely
• Familiarity with basic computer systems or ERP software an asset
• Team player with good communication skills

Working Conditions

Full-time, on site position in a manufacturing environment

Requires standing, lifting, and moving inventory daily.
