Key Responsibilities
- Actively generate new business (prospecting, networking, cold calling)
- Understand technical client needs and offer tailored solutions
- Manage the full sales cycle from quote to delivery
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure project success
- Build and grow a strong client portfolio
- Maintain accurate CRM activity
What You Bring
- 5 years of B2B sales experience (metal fabrication required)
- Strong knowledge of fabrication processes (laser, bending, welding, CNC, etc.)
- Proven hunter mentality with strong closing skills
- Bilingual (French / English)
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
- Ability to read technical drawings (asset)
