Bonneville Homes, a leader in the factory-built housing industry for over 60 years, is looking for a Maintenance clerk at its Belleville, Ontario office. The main duties of the successful candidate will be to maintain the demonstrators and landscape, lay paving stones, plant vegetation, excavate, etc. You will be working in our dream model homes while enjoying the upcoming nice weather!

Your daily routine
- Maintain model homes and grounds (various repairs, change burnt out lights, paint galleries, change door handles, adjust doors, rake, weed, mow lawn, plant trees, lay sod, etc.)
- Performs maintenance and repairs in various buildings
- Perform material handling and manipulation
- Lay paving stones, slabs, blocks, etc. (parking lots, low walls, steps or driveways)
- Remove snow (parking lot, stairs or walkways)
- All other related tasks
Your expertise
- Experience in construction or landscaping is an asset
- Ability to work with various tools
- Sense of initiative, autonomy, thoroughness and attention to detail
- Ability to work outdoors in summer and winter (heat/cold)
- Positive attitude, team spirit and good physical condition
