Senior Group Retirement Consultant

Are you a seasoned group retirement consultant seeking your next challenge? Our client, a well established Canadian TPA is growing their team in British Columbia. They specialize in serving large-scale clients with workforces in the thousands. You’ll take over an existing book of business, with the support and opportunity to grow it even further.

This role allows you to work mostly remotely in BC.

Responsibilities

• Provide group retirement plan design and administration
• Manage communication with insurance companies for effective delivery of group retirement plans to clients
• Maintain existing relationship with clients
• Conduct in-person client visits
• Promote cross-selling with group benefit consultants
• Represent the company at conferences and industry events
• Identify new business opportunities and actively participate in business developments

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in group retirement
• Driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle
• Must have LLQP

Benefits & Perks

• $75,000 to $95,000 base salary plus bonus
• Working from home (travel required a few times a month in lower mainland)
