We are hiring a Maintenance Technician for a Property Management company with a well established reputation in Vancouver, and over 50 years of history. They have an extensive residential portfolio in the lower mainland and aim to provide a high quality of living for their communities and tenants.
Benefits & Perks
- $50,000 - $60,000
- 2+ years of building maintenance experience
- On-call availability
Responsibilities
- General maintenance including: drywall, painting, minor electrical, and minor plumbing.
- Troubleshooting appliances, boilers, heaters, and HVAC.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in building maintenance
- On-call availability
