Receiver

Our North Vancouver client needs some temporary help asap! We are looking for an individual interested in a short term temporary assignment, starting immediately. You’ll be helping in the warehouse with shipping and receiving and light administration.

About The Opportunity
The temporary shipping and receiving position will assist in the warehouse with matching packing slips, verifying orders and moving boxes. The position is based in North Vancouver, hours are 8am - 4:30pm. The location is easily accessible with a vehicle and a short walk via transit.

About The Position

• Receiving incoming shipments.
• Verifying inventory.
• Ensuring goods are stored properly.
• Checking orders and ensuring serial numbers match.

The Requirements

• Must be available to start immediately.
• Prior experience in a shipping and receiving role is an asset.
• Must be able to lift 25lbs.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience matching packing slips.

Compensation

• Hourly range $19.00 - $22.00 + 4% vacation in lieu.
