Responsibilities
- Manage the renewal and retention of home, rental, tenant, and condo insurance policies
- Handle policy endorsements, cancellations, and payments with precision
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients through exceptional service
- Provide clear, tailored coverage solutions to meet client needs
- Cross-sell additional insurance products to maximize client satisfaction
- Maintain detailed client notes and complete administrative tasks accurately
- Stay informed on current insurance products, regulations, and industry standards
Qualifications
- Minimum of two years experience in Personal Lines Insurance
- Fluency in Punjabi is nice to have
- Proficiency with Applied EPIC software is a nice to have
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and thrive as part of a team
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to professionalism and accuracy
